
Take One Productions Corporate Social Responsibility initiative Sussex Green Living was nominated for the Going Green Award at the Business Matters Awards which took place on 20th July 2012 at the Copthorne Effingham Hotel. The Take One team enjoyed a lively evening hosted by TV personality Fred Dinenage and attended by other nominees from Horsham, Crawley, Haywards Heath and Lewes.
The team members were over the moon when they were announced winners of the Going Green award. Here Pedro the Sussex Green Living mascot receives the Going Green Award for all his work helping to Green up Sussex!
Winners from the regional Sussex and Hampshire business awards went through to the 3rd Southern Business Awards, which took place on Friday 28th September at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in Brighton.
Take One’s Sussex Green Living were among the region’s top businesses at this glamorous awards ceremony, organised by JP South Events with the support of the overall sponsor JSPC Computer Services.
Carrie Cort, Take One’s marketing director said “We were delighted to have been awarded Highly Commended for Sussex Green Living. This Award and the resulting PR will help to raise the general public’s awareness of the need to live greener and more sustainably”.

This bonnet was made out of two plastic food bowls, dragonflies made out of Quality Street wrappers, egg boxes made into flowers and bugs and a recycled grass skirt – every girl should have one!
