Bike Repair Service

Our bike repair service includes an initial assessment, consultation, and advice regarding bicycle related problems.

Each slot is 30 minutes and can be booked below. A follow up booking can be arranged, if needed, to resolve and fix more difficult issues.

Things we can check:

  • Tyre condition and pressure
  • Wheels running true and wheel hubs for play
  • Brakes working correctly
  • Brake and gear cable wear
  • Gears aligned and working correctly
  • Headset for looseness or play
  • Bottom bracket, cranks, and pedals
  • Damage to components, nuts and bolts, etc.
  • General wear and tear

Things we can’t do or fix:

  • Headsets or bottom bracket replacement
  • Hydraulic brake bleeding
  • Damage to frame or forks
  • Carry out maintenance on non-standard, bespoke, or unusual parts/components

Before making a booking, please read our House Rules HERE. We ask you to confirm you accept these rules on booking, otherwise we will not be able to help you. So please make sure you read them and are happy with them. Thank you.

Please note our repair service only runs until 2.30pm.

Before your Visit

  • Please ensure your bike is clean, as it makes it much easier to identify problems and work on.
  • Please let us know what you think is wrong with your bike, or if you just want a general check over.
  • Please be aware that you may need purchase consumables or components before your bike can be fixed.
